COVID-19 Office Update
We value the trust that you place with us and we are actively monitoring developments around the spread of COVID-19. We maintain a comprehensive business continuity plan, and we are conducting tests of the plan to minimize potential disruptions to you, our clients.
Over the past several weeks, we have entered uncharted territory. The series of imposed and self-elected quarantines are unprecedented in modern history. They reflect a prudent approach to trying to slow and to the greatest extent possible, limit, the spread of COVID-19. The continued effects of these quarantines and the response to the pandemic are likely to be significant.
Our highest priority is to maintain the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our clients. This drives all of the decisions that we are making. We have implemented proactive steps to ensure that the continuity of services for our clients is not impacted.
We are following the lead of the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, State and local officials for their guidance. The first among these steps are “social distancing”, “self-quarantining” or mandatory quarantining if necessary to help “flatten the curve,” reducing the number of cases in the short term to allow our health systems to address this issue.
For the health and safety of our employees and their families, at this time, we are asking our clients not to visit the office without an appointment.
